- For Reed College I provided advance reading material and then moderated a half-day discussion about the future of social media and electronic communication in alumni relations, with specific attention to Reed's goals and resources.
- For the Institute of American Indian Arts (a federally-chartered Native American contemporary arts college), working with another consultant I led a sixth-month grant-funded project, including an alumni engagement survey, student and alumni focus groups, and structured interviews to help identify opportunities for increased alumni engagement. I also made recommendations on alumni governance, staffing and budget through 2012.
