Most recently she was an independent community management and communications consultant to non-profits and private firms. Author of the Adaptivate blog, Liz's previously roles include head of communications for THINK Global School, and associate director of alumni relations at the California Institute of Technology. Liz is a graduate of Scripps College in Claremont, California.
Andrew Gossen
... (@agossen on Twitter) is the Senior Director for Social Media Strategy at Cornell University. He joined Cornell Alumni Affairs & Development in early 2010 to spearhead the integration of social media and mobile technology into the division's strategic plan. Previously, Andrew spent eight years at the Alumni Association of Princeton University in a number of diverse roles. He sits on the CASE Commission on Alumni Relations, co-chairs the CASE Task Force on Social Media, and chaired the 2011 CASE Social Media & Community conference. Andrew holds a bachelor's degree from Princeton and a doctorate in social anthropology from Harvard University.

... is the founder, president, and director of analytics at FiSite Research. He specializes in the information and analytics needs of financial services firms online. Prior to founding FiSite Research, Paul was director of financial services at Gomez, Inc., providing expertise to the credit card and banking industries, as well as providing expert content to the Wall St. Journal, Money Magazine, USA Today, and industry publications. He has also held executive management positions with Bank of America and MasterCard International, where he was vice president of co-brand & affinity marketing. Paul holds a BA in Business Administration in Finance and Personnel Management from Western Connecticut State University's Ancell School of Business.
Charlie Melichar

Most recently, he was vice president for public relations and communications at Colgate University in New York state. Charlie chairs the executive committee of the Public Relations Society of America, Counselors to Higher Education. He also co-chairs the CASE Task Force on Social Media with Alumni Futures advisor Andrew Gossen, and serves as the vice chair of the CASE Commission on Communications and Marketing. Hanna Rodriguez-Farrar
... is assistant to the president at Brown University. She holds a bachelor's degree and a Ph.D. in the History of Art and Architecture from Brown, and an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Previously she was a project manager and research assistant at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard Graduate School of Education and the National Bureau of Economic Research. She served on the Brown University Corporation as a Trustee from 2005 to 2009 and was President of the Brown Alumni Association from 2003 to 2006.
Jeffrey Schoenherr

Most recently, he was Director of Regional and International Major Gifts for Johns Hopkins University. With twenty years of experience in higher education, he previously served as a major gift officer at his alma mater, the University of Michigan, where he started his career in admissions and alumni relations. Jeff contributes regularly to The Fundraiser, a column in The Chronicle of Higher Education.
Michael Tate
... is associate director of Interactive Services at Stanford University. He manages the development and implementation of all email, web and social media for alumni and students, as offered by the Stanford Alumni Association. Prior to taking on this leadership role, Michael spent eleven years at the Stanford Alumni Association managing regional and class programs, alumni education programs and cross-departmental marketing initiatives. Before coming to Stanford in 1998, he spent three years in alumni relations at Brown University in a number of roles. Michael earned his bachelor's degree from Brown and he also holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia.
